Madonna Manor Opens New Brownstones for Seniors
Villa Hills, KY, March 15, 2023 – CHI Living Communities is pleased to announce the third phase of its new Brownstone residences are now open for seniors at Madonna Manor, 2344 Amsterdam Road in Villa Hills. Thirteen one- and two-bedroom residences remain available, ranging from 800 to 1,200 square feet.
“We’ve already had several people move in, and among the many things they appreciate is having so many convenient campus amenities,” states Denise Corrou, Executive Director. “That includes our private dining room, a 24-hour fitness center, a beauty salon and barbershop, religious services, and lots of planned social events and wellness activities.”
Other perks include access to all common areas, underground parking, one complimentary meal per day, scheduled housekeeping and transportation services, Wi-Fi, trash collection, water, sewer, electric and gas, spiritual counseling, and on-site therapy.
“As we look to the future, we know many baby boomers are accustomed to finer finishes that maybe their parents didn’t have,” comments Tim Dressman, Vice President of Business Development, CHI Living Communities, who oversaw the multimillion-dollar Brownstone project. “Each unit has modern kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, a washer and dryer, safety features like bathroom grab bars, emergency call and fire detection systems, and comprehensive interior and exterior maintenance.”
If residents want to enjoy the outdoors, Madonna Manor’s campus features beautiful nature trails to walk or bike, clean picnic areas, and a pond stocked for fishing.
“Another attraction of the Brownstones that many seniors will find comforting is that Madonna Manor offers assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and memory care in addition to independent living,” says Corrou. “That means if they ever need a different level of care as they age, they can remain part of our campus community without having to move elsewhere. And, residents are given priority admission.”
