"My Stepfather has been at PCC for 2 years. My mom was able to visit 3-4 times a week when he first arrived. But she herself was on a lot of oxygen. We helped her visit Grant once she needed multiple tanks to complete her visits.
When mom was taken to Hospice, PCC arranged transportation so Grant could visit mom—one last time. Then, after she’d gone to Heaven, they brought him to/from the church so he was able to be at her funeral and luncheon.

“My time here at Providence has been wonderful, I’ve really enjoyed it. I came for therapy and they did a wonderful job rehabilitating me. The team really knows what they’re doing! Izzy and her team are the best! This is my second time at Prov. My husband’s here too. The nurses are wonderful, I will miss them when I go home.  Oh, and the food….it is delicious….but now it looks like I’m going to have to start cooking again (lol).  The activity department is so kind. They made sure I had newspapers and word puzzles. I can just go on and on, everyone here is so wonderful. I have really enjoyed my time here, but I’m very grateful to be going home tomorrow, thanks to the therapy department!”

“The therapy team is so understanding and compassionate. When I didn’t feel like doing much they encouraged me. They walked me through the fears of therapy. I had times of tears and they calmed me down. Because of them I’ve come a long way. They are all a great group of people! I’ve been in 4 rehabs in 4 years for my medical needs and out of the 4… PCC Rahab is one of my favorites! They accomplished so much with me while being patient with me. The food here was delicious.. Oh, and Social Services….Shirl is a God send! She was helping me get things in order to get home. She solved any problem that arose, helping me get home."
