Description

Our beautiful 240 acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:

Culinary Support is responsible for Salad Prep, Dishwasher, and Food Servers. All parties will be crossed trained in all areas to ensure proper staffing and excellent care of our residents.  

  • Uses correct sanitation procedures in food prep area. 
  • Sets up and maintains salad bars at 40 degrees.
  • Uses production sheets to provide correct foods and quantities.   
  • Performs quality food presentations.
  • Follows correct Serve Safe Guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Past experience as a server or Health Care worker preferred
