Salary: $70,000- $74,000, depending on experience

Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales and marketing goals.
  • Build trusting, long-standing relationships and external business development.
  • Lead and coordinate community outreach and events (virtual and in-person).
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan.
  • Manage CRM database.
  • Conduct tours of community.
  • Identify, nurture and close leads.
  • Provide customer service training to community.
  • Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A passion to serve seniors
  • High energy
  • Organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two years of professional sales experience with proven track record
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience with Enquire Solutions CRM preferred, but not required
