Madonna Manor is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) that appreciates teamwork and providing the best care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and supervising the nursing staff to provide exceptional care
  • Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations
  • Support the Director of Nursing in daily operations and strategic initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Active RN License in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Nursing
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Ability to provide compassionate care while fostering a positive team environment
