The Gardens at St. Elizabeth has an exciting new opportunity for an RN/Unit Manager for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Our RN/Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing higher risk care activities for assigned units to minimize the potential risk of infection.
  • Participate on the facility’s QAA committee. 
  • Participate in the annual infection control risk assessment process. 
  • Maintains documentation of infection prevention and control program activities for units assigned. 
  • Performs activities related to nursing care needs of residents. 
  • Documents in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Current Nurse license in the state of Colorado, RN required
  • Currently certified in CPR and First Aid, long-term care experience preferred
  • Point Click Care experience preferred
