Rate: $21.75-28.75, depending on experience.

The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in the historic Highlands neighborhood of Denver, is an Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its team!

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairs on electrical equipment systems, HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, windows, screens, and doors. Additionally, this position is responsible for appliance replacement and taking part in snow removal.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience preferred, but not required for this position.
