Description

The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in the historic Highlands neighborhood of Denver, is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community looking for a Care Partner to join its team!

Our Care Partner will encourage, promote, and maintain resident independence on a daily basis by providing hands on/direct care related to activities of daily living, including providing nutritional services and maintaining resident living areas in accordance with the cleaning policies and procedures of the facility.

Job Requirements

• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Long term care experience preferred
