Job Responsibilities:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the administration of the Nursing Department. This includes but is not limited to: policy development/implementation (in coordination with Regional Clinical Director), organizational planning, the direction of the nursing care delivery and the development and monitoring of standards of nursing practices.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Five years of clinical nursing experience related to geriatric nursing
- Must have at least five years management experience
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Working knowledge of Total Quality Improvement processes preferred
