Bishop Drumm Retirement Center has an exciting new opportunity for a Staff Development Nurse Manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains employee health information and administers TB screenings, Hepatitis B vaccines and flu vaccines.
  • Coordinates and leads educational programs for staff.
  • Coordinates New Employee Orientation.
  • Coordinates and leads Nursing Department Orientation.
  • Assists with recruitment and hiring of Nursing Department staff.
