Tim Dressman

Vice President, Business Development

Prior to his current role, Tim was Executive Director of our St. Leonard campus in Centerville, OH from 2001 to 2015, where he led the development of several multimillion-dollar expansions. Prior to his tenure with CHI Living Communities, he was Executive Director of Mercy Franciscan at West Park for 11 years, and Interim Executive Director at Mercy St. Theresa Center, both in Cincinnati.

Among his numerous professional merits, Tim served as Board Chair of ACHCA, President of ACHCA and Past Chair of ACHCA’s Academy for Long Term Care Leadership and Research. Today, he continues committee work for several prestigious organizations.

Tim earned a bachelor’s from Northern Kentucky University and a master’s from Webster University of St. Louis at Camp Pendleton. He also honorably served and retired from the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve in 2007 after 25 years of service.
