Casey Howard

Director of Sales & Development

With 17 years of experience in marketing and business development, Casey Howard is a seasoned leader in the healthcare industry. He has excelled in roles that bridge strategic vision and operational excellence, earning accolades such as the Outstanding Director of Marketing award from the Ohio Assisted Living Association.

From 2011 to 2016, Casey served as the Director of Marketing & Development at St. Leonard in Centerville, OH, where he exceeded census and operating margin targets and launched multimillion-dollar facilities. He continued to elevate his impact at ProMedica Hospice, where he led business development efforts, achieving record-setting census growth and receiving multiple Platinum Sales Awards.

Currently, Casey leads sales and development strategies for the Senior Living division of CommonSpirit Health, driving census growth and enhancing customer experiences across campuses. His expertise includes brand marketing, census development, CRM implementation, and event planning.

Casey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Athens State University. Outside of work, he and his wife Rhonda are raising their three sons in Bellbrook, Ohio, where they enjoy volunteering with their church, supporting their son's sports teams, and spending time on the lake.
